Can you swap the sim card from one iphone to another?
Q: If you need to switch over to a new iPhone for any reason, can you move all your apps and settings from your old phone to your new one by simply putting your old sim card into your new phone?

That would certainly make life easier, but unfortunately your personal data is not stored on the sim card. Basically, your sim card is your phone service. You still have to sync your new iphone with iTunes to load all the apps, contacts, music, etc. If you have previously sync’d your old iPhone with iTunes then you should have no problem, just sync your new phone with iTunes and everything will be copied to it.
